The Dobbé family’s estate extends over 35 hectares. Two thirds lie on the sun-drenched hills of Petite Champagne; the remaining third is in Fins Bois, on the banks of the Charente.
At the Prunelas estate in Salignac-sur-Charente, a few kilometres from Cognac, chalky soils and predominantly Ugni Blanc vines give rise to fine, fruity and delicate eaux-de-vie.
The majestic crane that signs our bottles embodies the delicacy and prestige of Bossard.
